Located in Bateau Bay on the Central Coast, The Reset Room is a completely private wellness and recovery space featuring a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. Every booking gives you exclusive use of the space, so you can relax, recover and reset without crowds or interruptions.
The Reset Room is intentionally self-guided and unstaffed, giving you the freedom to enjoy your session privately and at your own pace. A wall-mounted touchscreen guides you through your experience, with simple suggestions to follow — or you can create your own reset and enjoy the facilities your way.
Everything is prepared and preset for your arrival, with equipment and lighting managed remotely, so there’s no need to adjust any settings or switch anything on or off. Simply arrive, follow the prompts and enjoy your reset.
To help us maintain a clean and hygienic space for every guest, we ask that you place the provided towels on the sauna seat and floor to create a hygienic barrier during use. When your session is finished, simply place the used towels in the laundry hamper and mop up any excess water around the cold plunge before you leave.
We take care of everything else.
