Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to remove, and bring swimwear or suitable clothing for using the sauna and cold plunge.
We also recommend bringing a drink bottle to stay hydrated. Filtered drinking water is available from the basin tap, along with complimentary natural electrolytes and mineral drops to add to your water during or after your session.

How many guests can attend?
A maximum of 2 guests per booking. We prioritise a serene and intimate atmosphere for your recovery.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. We provide recommended protocols for both sauna and cold plunge to ensure a safe and effective experience.
Do I need to book in advance?
Bookings are essential to secure your preferred time slot. Bookings are made securely through Fresha.
Are there bathroom facilities onsite?
Yes. The Reset Room has a private toilet and hand basin, as well as a private outdoor shower for rinsing off before, during or after your session. Filtered drinking water is also available from the basin tap.
How does a self-guided session work?
The Reset Room is completely private and self-guided. When you arrive, simply follow the instructions on the wall-mounted touchscreen, which will guide you through your session from start to finish.
Everything is prepared and preset for your visit, so there’s no need to adjust any equipment settings — just follow the prompts and enjoy your session at your own pace.
Clean, Private and Prepared for Your Visit
The Reset Room is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between bookings, with the sauna, cold plunge and surrounding facilities maintained as part of our regular hygiene routine.
Guests are required to shower before using the sauna and cold plunge to help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.
